I am writing to recommend Sarah Dillard as a medical biller for your organization.
Sarah came to our organization, Good Shepherd Home Care and Hospice, back in December of 2010. At that time she knew nothing about home care or hospice billing. Sarah jumped in immediately to what I would call a mess. She self-taught herself on the majority of what was needed in order to properly bill for this industry. She worked long hours, made many phone calls, researched what was needed and effectively worked her way into what we needed. We hit some of the highest billings and receivables during her tenure and my tenure while at Good Shepherd.
Sarah is a very intelligent and motivated individual. She’s dedicated, hardworking and a good team player. Sarah came to me many times with ideas and solutions to problems we were trying to fix. I was always impressed with her willingness to help and ensure the right things were done to ensure ethical billing practices with our agency.
We challenged Sarah with an incentive of going back for things that were never billed prior to her employment. She spent long hours researching and billing and never once fell behind in the current billings.
